"Ingredients:

- 2 medium zucchinis

- 1/2 cup basil pesto

- 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

- 1/4 cup pine nuts

- Salt and pepper to taste

- Grated Parmesan cheese for topping


Directions:

1. Spiralize zucchinis into zoodles.

2. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add zoodles, cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly softened.

3. Add basil pesto to zoodles and stir until well coated.

4. Mix in cherry tomatoes and pine nuts, cook for another 2 minutes.

5. Season with salt and pepper.

6. Serve hot with grated Parmesan cheese on top.
