"Ingredients:

- 1 cup shredded coconut

- 1/2 cup almond flour

- 2 tbsp matcha powder

- 1/4 cup maple syrup

- 2 tbsp coconut oil


Directions:

1. In a food processor, combine shredded coconut, almond flour, and matcha powder.

2. Add in maple syrup and coconut oil, and blend until mixture comes together.

3. Roll mixture into small balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

4. Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.
