"Ingredients:
- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2 tbsp Sriracha sauce
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, minced
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green onions and sesame seeds for garnish
Directions:
1. In a bowl, mix together honey, Sriracha sauce, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger.
2. Season chicken with salt and pepper, then coat in cornstarch.
3. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and fry chicken until crispy and cooked through.
4. Remove chicken from pan and drain excess oil.
5. In the same pan, pour in the honey Sriracha sauce and simmer until thickened.
6. Add chicken back to the pan and toss to coat.
7. Serve hot, garnished with green onions and sesame seeds.
