"Ingredients:

- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs

- 1/4 cup melted butter

- 16 oz cream cheese, softened

- 1/2 cup sugar

- 2 eggs

- 1 tsp vanilla extract

- 1/2 cup salted caramel sauce


Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 325°F and line a mini muffin tin with paper liners.

2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of each muffin cup.

3. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla extract, mix until well combined.

4. Spoon cream cheese mixture over graham cracker crust in each muffin cup.

5. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until cheesecake is set. Let cool completely.

6. Drizzle salted caramel sauce over each cheesecake bite.

7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
