"Ingredients:

- 2 cups fresh raspberries

- 1 cup lemon juice

- 1 cup sugar

- 1 cup water


Directions:

1. In a saucepan, combine sugar and water. Heat over medium heat until sugar is dissolved.

2. In a blender, puree raspberries and lemon juice until smooth.

3. Strain raspberry mixture through a fine mesh sieve to remove seeds.

4. Mix strained raspberry puree with sugar syrup.

5. Pour mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to manufacturer's instructions.

6. Transfer sorbet to a container and freeze for at least 4 hours before serving.
