"Ingredients:


- 1 cup of old-fashioned oats

- 1/2 cup of peanut butter

- 1/3 cup of honey

- 1/4 cup of ground flaxseed

- 1/2 cup of mini chocolate chips 

- 2 tablespoons of chia seeds

- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

- A pinch of salt


Directions:


1. In a large bowl, combine the oats, peanut butter, honey, ground flaxseed, mini chocolate chips, chia seeds, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.

2. Stir the ingredients until they are well combined. 

3. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for about an hour, or until the mixture is firm enough to shape.

4. After refrigerating, take the bowl out of the fridge and start forming small balls with the mixture. Each ball should be about 1 inch in diameter.

5. Once all the balls are formed, they can be enjoyed immediately or stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.


Cooking Time: No cook time but requires 1 hour for chilling.
