**Creamy Blueberry Overnight Oats**
**Ingredients:**
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk of choice
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
**Instructions:**
1. In a mason jar or any airtight container, add the rolled oats, Greek yogurt, milk, chia seeds, and vanilla extract.
2. Mix well to ensure everything is combined.
3. Gently fold in the blueberries.
4. Seal the container and refrigerate overnight, or let it chill for at least 4 hours.
5. In the morning, stir the oats and add honey or maple syrup for extra sweetness, if desired.
