"Ingredients:


- 1/2 cup rolled oats

- 1 tablespoon chia seeds

- 1 cup almond milk

- 1 tablespoon almond butter

- 1/2 cup mixed berries (like strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

- 1-2 teaspoons honey or other sweetener (optional)

- A dash of vanilla extract (optional)


Instructions:


1. In a jar or a bowl, mix together the oats, chia seeds, almond milk, almond butter, honey, and vanilla extract. 

2. After mixing, add your mixed berries on top.

3. Cover your jar or bowl and let it refrigerate overnight (or at least for 5 hours). 

4. In the morning, give it a good stir and add a bit more almond milk if desired. 

5. Top with more almond butter or berries if you like. Enjoy your overnight oats as a healthy breakfast or snack.
