"Ingredients:


- 1 cup old-fashioned oats

- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

- 1/3 cup honey

- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

- 1/2 cup ground flax seeds

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 


Directions:


1. Combine all the ingredients in a medium bowl.

2. Stir until thoroughly mixed.

3. Cover and let chill in the refrigerator for half an hour.

4. Once chilled, roll into balls of about 1” diameter.

5. Store in an airtight container and keep refrigerated for up to 1 week.


Cooking Time: 10 minutes to mix the ingredients, 30 minutes to chill.
