"Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Instructions:
1. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
3. Add chicken breasts and cook until browned on both sides and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
4. In the same skillet, add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
5. Add cherry tomatoes and cook until they start to soften, about 2-3 minutes.
6. Stir in spinach and cook until wilted.
7. Pour in heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, oregano, basil, and red pepper flakes. Stir to combine.
8. Return chicken to skillet and simmer for 2-3 minutes, until sauce has thickened slightly.
9. Serve hot, garnished with additional Parmesan cheese and fresh basil, if desired. Enjoy!"
