"Ingredients:
- 1 cup old-fashioned oats
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chopped apples
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
Instructions:
1. In a mason jar or container, combine oats, almond milk, maple syrup, cinnamon, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
2. Add chopped apples and pecans on top of the oat mixture.
3. Cover the jar or container and refrigerate overnight.
4. In the morning, give the oats a good stir and enjoy cold or heat them up in the microwave for a warm breakfast.
