"Ingredients:

- 1/2 cup rolled oats

- 1 cup almond milk

- 1 tablespoon chia seeds

- 1/2 cup mixed berries (such as strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)

- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon


Instructions:

1. In a mason jar or container, combine the rolled oats, almond milk, chia seeds, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Stir well to combine.

2. Gently fold in the mixed berries.

3. Cover the jar with a lid or plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 6 hours.

4. In the morning, give the oats a stir and add more almond milk if desired. Top with additional berries, nuts, or seeds if desired.

5. Enjoy cold or heat in the microwave for a warm breakfast.
