"Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 cup mixed berries (such as strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
1. In a mason jar or airtight container, combine rolled oats, almond milk, chia seeds, mixed berries, honey or maple syrup (if using), and vanilla extract.
2. Stir well to combine all ingredients.
3. Cover and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 4 hours.
4. In the morning, give the oats a good stir and top with additional berries if desired.
5. Enjoy cold or warm up in the microwave before serving.
