"Ingredients:

- 1 ripe banana

- 1 cup rolled oats

- 1/2 cup maple syrup

- 1/2 cup milk (any kind)

- 1 tsp baking powder

- 1 tsp cinnamon

- 1/2 tsp salt

- 1 egg


Directions:

1. In a blender, combine banana, oats, maple syrup, milk, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, and egg. Blend until smooth.

2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and pour batter onto skillet to make pancakes.

3. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook the other side until golden brown.
