"Ingredients:

- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed

- 1 cup cooked quinoa

- 1/2 cup bread crumbs

- 1/4 cup chopped red onion

- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 tsp cumin

- 1/2 tsp paprika

- Salt and pepper to taste

- Olive oil for cooking


Directions:

1. In a large bowl, mash the black beans with a fork.

2. Add quinoa, bread crumbs, red onion, garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

3. Form the mixture into patties.

4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

5. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until golden brown.

6. Serve on buns with your favorite toppings.
