"Ingredients:

- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

- 1 teaspoon baking soda

- 1 teaspoon baking powder

- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- 3 ripe bananas, mashed

- 3/4 cup white sugar

- 1 egg, beaten

- 1/3 cup butter, melted

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts


Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease muffin cups or line with muffin liners.

2. In a large bowl, mix together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.

3. In another bowl, beat together bananas, sugar, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract.

4. Stir the banana mixture into the flour mixture until just moistened.

5. Fold in chopped walnuts.

6. Spoon batter into prepared muffin cups.

7. Bake in preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
