"Ingredients: 


- 1 cup oats

- 2 tbsp chia seeds

- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

- 1 tsp vanilla extract

- 1-2 tbsp maple syrup or honey 

- 1 cup blueberries 


Directions: 


1. In a jar or bowl, combine the oats and chia seeds. 

2. Add the almond milk, vanilla extract, and sweetener of your choice. Stir until well combined. 

3. Fold in the blueberries. 

4. Cover the jar or bowl and place it in the refrigerator to sit overnight.

5. In the morning, give the oats a good stir. You can add a bit more almond milk if they're too thick. 

6. Top with additional blueberries or other desired toppings before serving.
