"Ingredients:

- 1/2 cup of oats

- 1 cup of almond milk (or any type of milk of your choice)

- 2 tablespoons of chia seeds

- 1 tablespoon of honey or maple syrup (or sweetener of your choice)

- 1/2 cup of mixed berries (fresh or frozen)

- A pinch of salt


Directions:

1. In a jar or a bowl, mix together oats, chia seeds, and a pinch of salt.

2. Pour in the almond milk, then stir in honey or maple syrup.

3. Add the mixed berries on top.

4. Cover the jar or bowl with a lid or plastic wrap and place it in the fridge overnight.

5. In the morning, give the oats a good stir. At this point, you can add a bit more almond milk if desired.

6. Serve cold, and enjoy!


Cooking Time: This is a no-cook recipe. It needs to be prepared the night before and left in the fridge to soak for at least 5 hours, but preferably overnight.
