- 4 veal cutlets

- 4 slices prosciutto

Directions:

1. Place a slice of prosciutto and 2 sage leaves on each veal cutlet. Secure with toothpicks.

2. Dredge the veal cutlets in flour, shaking off any excess.

3. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat. Add the veal cutlets and cook until browned on both sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.

4. Remove the veal cutlets from the skillet and set aside.

5. Add white wine and chicken broth to the skillet, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom.

6. Return the veal cutlets to the skillet and simmer for another 2-3 minutes, until cooked through.

7. Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
