"Ingredients:

- 1 cup quinoa

- 2 cups mixed veggies (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots, snap peas)

- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 tablespoon soy sauce

Directions:

1. Cook quinoa according to package instructions.
