"Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 cup cooked quinoa
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, mix together ground turkey, cooked quinoa, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, and cayenne pepper until well combined.
3. Roll mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place on prepared baking sheet.
4. Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until meatballs are cooked through and browned on the outside.
5. Serve hot with your favorite sauce or on top of a salad.
