"Ingredients:
- 2 cups old-fashioned oats
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 cups milk
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9x9 inch baking dish.
2. In a large bowl, mix together oats, pecans, cranberries, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
3. In another bowl, whisk together milk, maple syrup, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
4. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
5. Pour mixture into the prepared baking dish and bake for 35-40 minutes, or until set.
