"Ingredients:

- 4 salmon fillets

- 2 tablespoons chia seeds

- 2 limes, juiced and zested

- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- Salt and pepper to taste


Directions:

1. In a small bowl, mix together the chia seeds, lime juice, lime zest, olive oil, salt, and pepper.

2. Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the chia lime mixture over them. Let marinate for 30 minutes.
