"Ingredients:

- 1 cup of rolled oats

- 1 cup of milk

- 1 egg

- 1 teaspoon of baking powder

- 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon

- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract

- 1/4 teaspoon of salt

- 1 apple, diced


Directions:

1. In a blender, blend oats until they form a fine powder.

2. In a bowl, mix oat flour, milk, egg, baking powder, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and salt.

3. Gently fold in diced apple.

4. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and pour pancake batter onto the pan.

5. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook the other side.
