"Ingredients:

- 1 cup quinoa

- 2 cups water

- A pinch of salt

- 1 cup mixed berries (like strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

- 2 tablespoons almond butter

- Honey or maple syrup to taste

- 1/2 cup almond milk

- 1 tablespoon chia seeds

- 1 tablespoon flax seeds

Directions:

1. Rinse the quinoa under cold water until the water runs clear. This helps to remove the natural coating of quinoa which can make it taste bitter or soapy.

2. Place the quinoa in a medium-sized pot. Add water and a pinch of salt. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium-high heat.

3. Once the water starts boiling, reduce the heat to low and cover the pot. Let the quinoa simmer for about 15 minutes, or until all the water is absorbed.

4. Once the quinoa is cooked, fluff it with a fork and let it cool a bit.

5. In a bowl, add the cooked quinoa, almond milk, almond butter, and sweetener of your choice. Mix until well combined.

6. Top the quinoa mixture with the mixed berries, chia seeds, and flax seeds.

7. Serve immediately and enjoy this nutritious and delicious breakfast bowl.
