- 2 cups rolled oats

- 1 cup sliced almonds

- 1 cup dried cranberries

- 1 cup honey

- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter

- 1/4 cup brown sugar

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 1/4 teaspoon salt


Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9x13 inch baking pan with parchment paper.

2. Spread the oats and almonds on a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until lightly toasted.

3. Transfer the toasted oats and almonds to a large bowl and add the dried cranberries.

4. In a small saucepan, combine the honey, butter, brown sugar, vanilla extract, and salt. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until the butter melts and the sugar completely dissolves.

5. Pour the honey mixture over the oat mixture and stir until well combined.

6. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking pan. 

7. Use a spatula or your hands to press the mixture firmly into the pan.

8. Allow the mixture to cool completely in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

9. Once the mixture is cool, lift the bars from the pan using the edges of the parchment paper.

10. Cut into bars and serve.
