Directions:

3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract.

4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.

5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, mixing just until combined.

6. Stir in the dark chocolate chips.

7. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto the prepared baking sheets.

8. Sprinkle each cookie with a pinch of flaky sea salt.

9. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are firm but the centers are still soft.

10. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheets for 5 minutes before transferring them to wire racks to cool completely.
