"Ingredients:
- 8 ounces spaghetti
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 6 slices bacon, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water before draining.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together eggs and Parmesan cheese. Set aside.
3. In a large skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove bacon from skillet and drain on paper towels.
4. In the same skillet, add garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
5. Add cooked spaghetti to the skillet with the garlic. Toss to combine.
6. Remove skillet from heat and quickly stir in the egg and cheese mixture. Toss until the pasta is coated and creamy. If the sauce is too thick, add pasta water a little at a time until desired consistency is reached.
7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
