"Ingredients:
- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced into thin strips
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/4 cup water
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice, for serving
Instructions:
1. In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and water. Set aside.
2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat.
3. Add chicken strips and cook until no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
4. Add garlic and ginger, and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
5. Add bell peppers and onion, and cook until vegetables are tender-crisp, about 3-4 minutes.
6. Pour in the sauce mixture and stir well to coat the chicken and vegetables.
7. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened.
8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
9. Serve hot over cooked rice. Enjoy!"
