"Ingredients:


- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened

- 1 cup granulated sugar

- 1 cup packed brown sugar

- 2 large eggs

- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract

- 3 cups all-purpose flour

- 1 teaspoon baking soda

- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt 

- 2 cups dark chocolate chunks 

- Additional sea salt for topping


Directions:


1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.

3. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract.

4. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and sea salt.

5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, mixing until just combined.

6. Stir in the dark chocolate chunks.

7. Drop rounded tablespoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.

8. Sprinkle each cookie with a little sea salt.

9. Bake for about 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown around the edges.

10. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
